7x24 - A House Divided

Everybody’s getting on everybody’s nerves and they realize that their house is too small for everybody. They need more space, more rooms, more privacy, more everything. So they want to sell that house - and what a coincidence, a freaky dude shows up who had lived in that house long time ago and he’s willing to pay twice the amount of the house’s actual worth.

Everybody is going crazy then and looking for new houses in the neighborhood. But Michelle is the only one who is not happy about that cause she doesn’t wanna move. She wants to stay in the house. So when that dude shows up again for inspection, she kind of blows it and sets up a few traps - she makes it look like the roof is leaking, the foundation isn’t right, there’s a bunch of dogs in the room…

Danny of course realizes what’s going on and everyone stands in the kitchen talking about that. They realize that their house is more than some walls and a roof - it’s everybody’s lives. DJ remembers how she moved in the house with her mom (I love it when they mention Pam every once in a while) and Stephanie how she couldn’t even reach the counter back then. Everybody thinks back of their memories with that house and they all realize how much it means to them.

So they decide not to move and everybody is happy again. Kimmy has a small appearance when she walks in and goes “My mom and I are having a little arguement.. What stinks more? My sneakers or my other shoes?” and she shows them and everybody#s like ewww. Haha. I love that running gag with Kimmy’s smelly feet/shoes.

There’s also a hilarious scene right at the beginning. Jesse hat to set up a slide inside their attic cause Danny was working on the grass outside. Then, the twins are napping and Becky is like “The boys are sleeping… You know what that means…” and Jesse looks all sexy and goes “Oh yes…”. They get closer to each other and then Becky yells “We get to use the slide!” and they both laugh and jump on the slide and it’s too funny.

So yeah. I like this episode cause it’s funny and reminds us all that a house is more than just a house. Which is true. Our house at home - I’ve lived in it basically my whole life (except for like three months when I was born but that doesn’t really count, I don’t remember it anyway). I grew up in this house, there’s so many memories connected to this house. When my sister is going to move out (in a few years), she wants to sell it, though, cause it’s just very expensive. That’s gonna be weird. So yeah, that episode.. idk I liked it.

What ever happened to predictability? The milk man, the paper boy, evening T.V. When did I get to living here? Somebody tell me please. This whole worlds confusing me.
Clouds as mean as you ever seen. And a bird who knows your tune. And that little voice inside you wispering. Kid don’t sell your dreams so soon.

7x21 - Be Your Own Best Friend

Teddy (Michelle’s friend who moved to Texas) is back! Yay :) I really like it when they bring back characters that aren’t on the show anymore. So yeah, Teddy visits them in school and they’re supposed to work on a project - my best friend. They’re supposed to trace that person on a big piece of paper and color it in and then tell the class why this person is their best friend. But now Michelle got a problem - who does she pick? Teddy was her best friend but now Denise is her best friend. So she can’t decide and acts kinda mean when she goes “You wanna be my best friend? Well, what’you got?” She kind of bribes them and makes Teddy give her his candy and Denise give her her pencil case and everything. But Teddy and Denise don’t want to do that so they decide to be best friends instead. Michelle feels left out but in school they work it all out and decide that them three can be best friends.

Also, Jesse feels left out cause Joey’s girlfriend is visiting them and she’s working on the radio with them but they completely leave out Jesse. So yeah, that’s the second storyline in that episode.

It’s quite funny. There are a lot of funny scenes. Like, Michelle went into DJ’s room and goes “I’m supposed to draw my best friend but I don’t have one. So I thought I could draw my best sister instead. .. … … … And when I couldn’t find Stephanie, I thought I should ask you instead”. Or in class when Teddy presents his picture of Denise, he goes “I like Denise cause she laughs at my jokes even though they’re not funny” And Denise just bursts out laughing and her laughter is so loud and funny and I couldn’t hold it. It was too funny. While Michelle was sitting next to her like “Are you kidding me”. Hilarious.

There’s a bunch of other funny scenes but I won’t name them all. That episode is more focused on Michelle/Denise/Teddy and Joey/Jesse though, so there’s not much Stephanie or DJ. But I still like it.

7x19 - Love on the Rocks

Sad episode. Really sad. DJ and Steve broke up. I mean, they were always so cute and I thought they were gonna stay together forever. And then they broke up and at first, I couldn’t believe it. I thought they were going to be back together after a couple of episodes. But that’s not how it continued.

So yeah. DJ realizes that her relationship with Steve changed and they both don’t feel the way they used to. It’s really sad watching that. It all starts with Kimmy and her new boyfriend who make out all the time. And then you see DJ and Steve who barely touch each other. It’s really emotional. They decide that it’s best to break up but they’ll be friends of course (blah blah). And then DJ is like “I’ll be okay” and there’s tears in her eyes and it’s just so touching because ugh. I really didn’t see that coming - well, during that episode I did but I thought they were going to be okay.

There’s another storyline around Joey who played an April Fool’s joke on the family, so they spend the whole episode playing tricks on each other. It’s quite funny.

7x17 - The Last Dance

This is one of the saddest episodes. It almost made me cry. It’s about death and the loss of a loved one and yeah, that’s always a very sad topic.

Kimmy and DJ have some nice scenes but that’s not the major plot of this episode.

Papouli, Jesse’s uncle or great-uncle (I don’t know) from Greece visits the Tanner family. He passes away while he’s there and so this episode deals with his death and how the family deals with it. It’s really emotional and touching. Jesse doesn’t really know how to deal with it, so he keeps himself busy. Stephanie tells Michelle not to cry in front of Jesse because that would make him cry as well and Jesse doesn’t want to cry in front of other people. So Michelle tries to be brave for him but it doesn’t work. She was supposed to take Papouli to school for show and tell so that he could show them how to do a Greek dance. But now that he’s dead he can’t do that anymore and that’s why Michelle doesn’t want to go to school. She’s afraid it would make her cry again. So she hides in the boat (Joey and Danny somehow got a boat in the backyard because it’s always been their dream to sail around the world). But of course Jesse finds her there and they talk about how it’s okay to be sad and it’s okay to cry. So yeah, they both cry and hug each other and boy.. it’s just really touching and sad.

Eventually, Michelle goes back to school and she does the dance with Jesse.

It’s just a very emotional episode. I like it.
